LORAC UNZIPPED SHIMMER AND MATTE EYE SHADOW PALETTE
From the moment I walked into my local Sephora and my eyes caught the Lorac unzipped eyeshadow palette, I knew that I may just have found the perfect set of neutrals for my golden tan complexion. The golden/ reddish undertones of these shadows is exactly the tones that will suit most if not all skin tones, from the darkest darks to relatively fair complexions when kissed by the summer sun.
There are six shimmer shades and four matte shades that compliments each other very well. The pigmentation of each shade is exceptional with limited fallout. I have been using this palette consecutively without each shade forming a dent, a testament to their pigmentation.
Undiscovered is a golden shade that can be used a number of ways on the eyes or the skin while Unbelievable and Unreal are a gorgeous rose gold tones. Unspoken would make the perfect crease shade and can be made even deeper by adding Unbridled or even Untamed. The only thing missing in this palette would be a matte black but Untamed can easily work in its stead with the right application skill.
Overall a great palette. The eye primer was a great bonus and one allows for smooth blending. I’m looking forward to part two of this palette and I know with time this will take the place of the Urban Decay neutral palettes for many people. I know it has done so in my case.
